Return Policy

At RevivaUSA, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for the safety of our customers, we have established the following return policy.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only for products that meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened

  • The product still has its original plastic safety seal fully intact

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Products with a broken or missing safety seal

  • Products returned outside the approved return window

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support at revivausa@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment after the product is received and inspected.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
